Kathy’s office is located in a quiet, retreat like setting overlooking trees, valley, hills and the ocean in the distance, and is in itself an important aid to the process of healing and connecting within yourself. She has 30 years experience as a psychotherapist. Previous to that, she taught high school English for 5 years, community education classes in metaphysics, comparative religion, holistic healing and mind dynamics, and taught psychology classes at Hancock and Cuesta. Kathy is familiar with a variety of spiritual approaches (Metaphysical, Christian, Native American/ Shamanic, Hindu/Yoga, Buddhist, Taoist, Sufi, Islamic, Ayurvedic, etc.) and helps you coordinate your psychological healing and growth with a deepening of your spiritual practices and connections.
Kathy is able to accept cash, check, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Shield. She can supply you with a superbill to submit to other insurance companies to obtain your own reimbursement.
